Our employees specialize in areas of expertise essential to Account Executives as they conduct their daily business:
Operations - The Operations department is staffed 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time with experts in trading, account transfers, issue resolution, and day-to-day brokerage operations.
Fixed Income - Our experts on the Fixed Income Desk have the resources to find the right treasury, municipal, or corporate bond product to fit the client's portfolio.
Compliance/Licensing - Fintegra's Compliance department takes the "Integrity" in our name to heart. Doing the right thing for the client is first and foremost in our priorities. We take pride in complying with all federal and state regulatory bodies and their requirements for conducting ethical business.
Account Management - Our Account Management team strives to recruit, train, and support our Account Executives and to listen to their concerns. They are actively visiting AEs in the field and following up on any AE or client issues with the home office.
Marketing Support - Fintegra realizes the importance of promoting your brand image within a community, and providing the services to back it up. Ample marketing ideas are available through our Marketing Resource Center.
Technology - Fintegra's IT department assists Account Executives with establishing the technology required to conduct efficient financial services business in today's competitive marketplace.
