Fintegra’s History:

In an era of consolidations and huge financial company mergers, Fintegra’s founders saw a need to provide a truly INDEPENDENT, UNBIASED alternative in the third party financial marketing arena. Fintegra was founded in April 1998, and was created to fill that niche: To establish a totally independent broker/dealer, with no proprietary product offerings and no hidden loyalties. Our Account Executives can concentrate on finding the appropriate product or service to fit the client's individual needs and objectives, thus strengthening the trust and solidity of the relationship.

The desire of Fintegra's founders was to create a TRULY independent broker-dealer

Fintegra works with registered representatives within financial institutions and independent offices. We encourage private labeling of the program, to create a unique brand image in the community.

Our Purpose:

To assist Account Executives in helping customers meet their financial objectives. By fulfilling our purpose, Account Executives will strengthen the relationships they have with their clients while attracting new customers.

Fintegra has positioned itself to be a “boutique” provider of investment and insurance services. Fintegra partners with registered representatives within financial institutions and independent offices to provide a broad array of independent financial products and services, objective unbiased advice, and superior technology to meet clients’ specific financial needs. Our sole purpose is to assist Account Executives in meeting their clients’ financial objectives. By fulfilling our purpose, Account Executives will strengthen the relationships they have with existing clients, while attracting new customers.
