Dean is a full service Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years in the financial services industry. His specializes in Business Transition, Individual Financial Plans, Pension Plans, and Retirement Distribution Strategies.
Prior to joining First Resource Group, Dean’s experience includes positions with The Hartford’s Advanced Business area, IDS in their Pension and Planning divisions, and with Octagon Financial Group. He has had his own practice for the past twenty years.

Joe lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife, Yvonne and their two Newfoundland dogs. They have two sons; Josh and Aaron.
Steve has been helping individual and institutional investors define and achieve their financial goals since 1997. After spending over a decade as a college athletic administrator at Ohio State, St. Cloud State and UCLA, Steve has been working with clients to clarify what they want to accomplish and develop a path to get there. His philosophy includes an integrated risk management platform to coincide with investment and estate planning. Steve obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification in 1999 and is a strong believer in the process of financial planning as well as the independent delivery of financial products. Prior to coming to First Resource Group, Steve was managing the personal trust department of a Twin Cities bank where he managed portfolios and came to embrace the fiduciary model.
Steve has a bachelor's degree in finance from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and a master's degree in education from The Ohio State University. He resides in North Oaks with his wife, Annie and their children Mitchell, Aveline and Gabrielle.
Trish has spent the last 16 years in the Financial Services industry specializing in Long Term Care Insurance, Annuities, and Life Insurance. She has created marketing programs, provided product solutions, and has trained and supported sales efforts for Financial Professionals nationwide.

Doug has spent the last 14 years in the insurance industry specializing in Life, Disability, and Health Insurance. As the Manager of LifeExpress, Doug enjoys working with Farm Credit Services and their customers, providing solid insurance solutions tailored to individual needs.
Doug is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.
As a LifeExpress Account Manager, specializing in Life & Disability for Farm Credit Services members, Lisa brings to the team over 10 years of sales experience. Lisa has provided training and development to other industry sales professionals while working legislatively to promote and enhance the small business environment. Given this experience, and being raised on a farm herself, Lisa understands the farm issues and concerns and provides common sense solutions for our customers with the utmost integrity. Lisa resides in Lino Lakes with her husband Leo, and their two children Jack and Sara.
John is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, MN. He has been a licensed insurance agent for 22 years, working with families. John is a Midwest native, with farming roots in South Minnesota for over 100 years.
John is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics and the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota for the past decade. He chairs the annual “Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk”. John also enjoys coaching youth sports. John stated the most rewarding part of his career is serving families, as he helps protect their future.
